There are two ways you can change the password in your Back Office. The first would be if you were unsatisfied with the current password and are in your Back Office you can click on Account “Update Personal Information” and it will allow you to change your password and submit the changes.

The second way you are able to change your password is through the Log In screen in which you will need to utilize the “Forgot Password” link and enter either your Id number or email for the reset link to be sent.
